1. It can be placed in a separate gas source room to save space in the laboratory operation area
Imagine if a laboratory had 4 mass spectrometers, we could certainly choose to equip each mass spectrometer with a plug and play integrated nitrogen generator, but suddenly lose 4 laboratory spaces of nearly 1 square meter. In the case of a fixed room area, the new equipment added every year inevitably faces a situation where there is nowhere to place it. Placing nitrogen production equipment that does not require frequent operation in a separate gas source room is a good choice to save space.
2. Save costs at present while reserving future development space
At the laboratory of Zhejiang Testing Technology Co., Ltd., a client of Sciway's, there were initially 5 mass spectrometry devices. However, in the plan, the laboratory is expected to gradually reach 18 mass spectrometry devices operating simultaneously within two to three years.
Through the use of the Sciway air compressor controller, Sciway can gradually adjust and add existing equipment in a non replacement manner with the increase of mass spectrometry instruments in the future, making full use of all equipment purchased in the laboratory without causing waste.
3. Automatically switch the air compressor to ensure continuous and stable gas supply without interruption
The Sciway air compressor controller can control up to 4 air compressors simultaneously. According to the gas production efficiency of the air compressor, the priority of each air compressor can be set to enable efficient air compressors to work more efficiently. It is also possible to automatically switch the operation of each air compressor according to its running time, so as to balance the work and rest of each equipment. In addition, it has a power-off self starting function and can also give an alarm when abnormal working conditions occur during operation.
In 2017, Sciway equipped a centralized gas supply system with an air compressor controller for a certain city's customs, which was the first user of Sciway's air compressor controller. Afterwards, several laboratories, including a certain university in China, also used the Sciway air compressor controller.
